VIP Membership

With our VIP Membership, you can choose the packages of services and reserved time that best supports your needs. With this membership level, you receive your allotted resolution session hours at a reduced rate of $325/hour for up to 4 participants. If you exceed your allotted time, you will then pay full price at $450/hour.

Ultra VIP Membership

The full cost of resolution session hours are included with our Ultra VIP Memberships and you pay nothing more unless you exceed your allotted resolution session hours. If you need more than your allotted time in one of our Ultra VIP memberships, you get up to five additional hours at a reduced rate of $325/hour! If you exceed both your packaged resolution session hours and your additional reduced-rate hours, the regular price of $450 per hour will apply.

Discovery Calls

$150/each (up to 30 minutes)

Resolution Session Regular Rates

Small group of 2-4 participants: $450 per hour

Medium group of 5-10 participants: $650 per hour

Large group of more than 11 participants: Custom pricing

This includes town hall-style meetings for large group resolution sessions, including morale building, implementing policy and procedure issues, or whatever your needs may be!

Want or need more services, support, calls or hours than you see included in one of our membership portfolio packages? We will price the package for your needs!

Terms and Conditions:

The membership packages do not accrue!

However, you may plan and allocate the value of allotted resolution hours toward a special event or larger group resolution session priced at the regular or custom rate, depending on your desire. (See regular rate price chart.) The event must be scheduled and held within 30 days of the ending monthly period. For example, if you want to hold a large group event at $650 per hour, and you have a package with a value of six hours at $450 per hour (a total value of $2,700), that $2,700 can be applied to the total cost of a customized large group event.

After enrollment, you can change your level of membership package up or down at any time after the current monthly period ends.

Introductory pricing is good for up to six months from the date of inception. After six months of service, the pricing will automatically convert to the regular price of the package.

Cancel at any time. Any remaining membership days left on the current month of cancellation will not be refunded.
