1. The membership packages do not accrue!

a. However, you may plan and allocate the value of allotted resolution hours toward a special event or larger group mediation priced at the regular or custom rate, depending on your desire. (See regular rate price chart.) The event must be scheduled and held within 30 days of the ending monthly period.

i. For example, if you want to hold a large group event at $650 per hour, and you have a package with a value of six hours at $450 per hour (a total value of $2,700), that $2,700 can be applied to the total cost of a customized large group event.

2. After enrollment, you can change your level of membership package up or down at any time after the current monthly period ends.

3. Introductory pricing is good for up to six months from the date of inception. After six months of service, the pricing will automatically convert to the regular price of the package.

4. Cancel at any time. Any remaining membership days left on the current month of cancellation will not be refunded.
